The kitchen garbage truck is a special collection vehicle developed according to characteristic kitchen garbage, widely used to collect and transfer kitchen garbage from the catering industry, hotels, canteens, etc; it can also be used to collect and transfer wet garbage of residential communities.

Features:

1、The garbage container utilizes only stainless steel that will not rust or corrode even after years of use and employs an integral frame structure, large curved side arc container and strong resistance to deformation and long service life.

2、The rear door adopts an independent innovative adjustable locking mechanism, the hydraulic system is provided with safety protection, and the double-safety mechanism achieves a reliable seal between the garbage container, the rubber strip and the rear door to ensure that all kinds of kitchen garbage, including swill, are in a closed state during collection and transportation.

3、The bottom of the garbage container is equipped with a sludge collection and discharge device; it can achieve initial solid-liquid separation, then drain and collect the excess sludge for uniform discharge. The operational process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

4、The right side lifting mechanism can match 120 L and 240 L standard trash bins with a smooth movement and high degree of automation; for discharge it adopts the push-plate self-unloading method, which requires minimal unloading space and provides high operational efficiency.

5、Optimized design of the operating system adopts the PLC programming control for simple operation and convenient maintenance.

6、Equipped with dedicated lighting to facilitate night work and expand the working time range.

7、Equipped with a truck-mounted flushing mechanism to clean the vehicle, site and the surrounding environment.
