On the morning of November 9, Tsinghua University and Hebei Xiong’an New Area signed an agreement to jointly promote school-enterprise reform. CHEN Gang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy Governor of Hebei Province, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Xiong’an New Area with QIU Yong, President of Tsinghua University, JIANG Shengyao, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee with other leaders attended the ceremony. The reform cooperation aims to implement the central government’s general requirements for the reform and development of school-owned enterprises and the central government’s requirements on relieving Beijing’s non-capital functions. TusHoldings will serve as an important scientific and technological innovation service platform of Xiong’an New Area, give play to its advantages in scientific and technological innovation, technology incubation, high-end high-tech industries and other fields, helping Xiong’an New Area to build a global innovation highland.

Witnessed by QIU Yong, CHEN Gang and other leaders, LONG Dawei, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tsinghua Holdings and ZHANG Li, General Manager of Xiong’an Group Fund Management Co., Ltd. signed the Share Transfer Agreement on Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. on behalf of the two parties. LONG Dawei, WANG Shugui, Chief Operating Officer of TusHoldings and WU Haijun, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Xiong’an New Area signed the Capital Increase Agreement on Tus-Holdings Co., Ltd. on behalf of these parties.
