Mr. Cao Shuai (born in 1976, Bachelor of Department Precision Instruments of Tsinghua University, Master of Information Technology and Operation Management of North Carolina State University Business School, Member of Beijing Youth Federation) served as the Assistant Engineer of China North Industries Group Materials Institute, the R&D Engineer of Singapore MUYE Group, the Vice Board Chairman of Nanjing Chiyun Technology Development Co., Ltd., the Vice General Manager of Beijing Roit Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and the Board Chairman of Ningbo Xinrui Qingke Metal Materials Co., Ltd., and now serves as the Assistant to Board Chairman and Senior Vice President of TusHoldings, the Board Chairman of Tus Eco-environmental Technology and the Secretary General of Tus Collaborative Committee. Now he is the Vice Board Chairman of the Company.

Mr. Zhang Zhonghua (born in 1962, graduated from Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology, Tsinghua University with a master degree) once served as Teacher in the Department of Physics of Tsinghua University; he later worked on the energy efficiency and climate change management and research in National Development and Reform Commission, and held the posts of Senior Manager of Royal Dutch Shell for a long time, the General Manager of Chongqing Dongyin Energy Group in 2012 and the Deputy General Manager of Tus S&T Service Group in 2015. He now serves as Director of the Company’s Supervisory Committee.

Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wan Feng (born in 1972, EMBA of Tsinghua University, Senior Accountant, Chinese Certified Public Accountant and High-end Accountant Professional of the Ministry of Finance. He once served as the Financial Manager of the Second Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau; the Financial Director of Tianjin Branch of China State Construction International Co/Tianjin Branch of China State Construction Engineering Corporation; the Manager of the Capital Department, the Manager of the Financial Capital Department, the Regional Financial Director of Beijing and the Deputy Chief Accountant of China State Construction International Co from August 2008 to March 2016; the Vice President and Board Chairman of Beijing Dianfeng Culture and Tourism Group Co., Ltd. from April 2016 to November 2018. Now he is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company

Mr. Yang Mingxun (born in 1963, Bachelor Degree and Senior Economist with the Lawyer Qualification Certificate of the People’s Republic of China) once served as Marine Engineer of Qingdao Yuanyang Co., Ltd., Teacher, the Secretary of Youth League Committee, the Chief of Cadre Division and the Deputy Director General for Discipline Inspection, etc., Deputy Director Lawyer of YA & TAl LAW FIRM in May 1999; President Assistant of Thunip Environmental Protection Co. Ltd., the Vice President and General Manager of Asset Operation Center, the General Manager of Thunip Water Affair from 2004 to 2018, and the General Manager of Tus-sound Water Affairs Co., Ltd. in 2018. Now he is the Vice President of the Company.

Vice President / General Manager of Zero-carbon Energy Center

Ms. Qin Ling (born in 1972; Bachelor Degree in Automatic Control from Tsinghua University, MBA and Master Degree in Intelligent Transportation of the University of Virginia) successively served as the Chief Technical Management Director and the Executive Vice President of ENN Group, the Vice President of Intelligent Energy, etc., the Executive Vice President of CMIG from January 2018 to March 2019. Now he is the Vice President of the Company and General Manager of Zero-carbon Energy Center.

Vice President / General Manager of Solid waste and recycling center

Mr. Wei Bin (born in 1964, Bachelor Degree in Economic Management, Senior Accountant and Certified Public Accountant) once worked in Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. and Huangshi Urban Development Investment Group Co., Ltd.; Shanghai People Enterprise Group as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President from 2005 to 2013; CCXI Wenzhou Branch as the General Manager of the Branch and Regional Company from 2013 to 2014; the Tus-sound Environmental Resources Co., Ltd., from November 2014. Now he is the Vice President of the Company and General Manager of Solid Waste and Renewable Resources Center.

Mr. Zhang Xinjian (born in 1969, Master Degree, Senior Engineer, Senior Logistics Engineer) once worked in China Railway Urumqi Group Co., Ltd. as the Head and Secretary of the Party Committee of Korla Construction Section, in Urumqi Railway Tianhui Group as the General Manager and Board Chairman, in Urumqi Railway Jinlun Company as the General Manager and Board Chairman and in Urumqi Railway Construction Headquarters as the Secretary of the Party Committee. He began to work in the Tus-sound Environmental Resources Co. Ltd. since April 2015. Now he is Vice President of the Company, the General Manager of Beijing Sound Sanitation and the Board Chairman of Hejia New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd.

Ms. Yuan Lin (born in 1971, Master of Environmental Engineering Department of Tsinghua University, Professor-level Senior Engineer, Registered Environmental Protection Engineer, Registered Public Equipment Engineer, Registered Environmental Impact Assessment Engineer, Environmental Management System Auditor) successively served as Project Director, Manager of Technology Department and Deputy Chief Engineer of Environmental Engineering Center of Tsinghua Unisplendour Corporation Limited from 1997 to 2002, the Technical Director and Vice President of Thunip Environmental Protection Co. Ltd. and Director of Thunip Environmental Technology Research Institute from 2002 to 2019. Now she is Vice President of the Company and General Manager of Xiong’an Thunip Water Affairs.

Ms. Liu Qun (born in 1968, Master of Economics of Nankai University) once served as the Director of Public Relations Department of TEDA Management Committee, the Vice President of Beijing YADU Science & Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing YADU Indoor Environmental Protection Science & Technology Co., Ltd. from May 2000 to February 2016, the Secretary of General Party Branch and Vice President of Beijing Tus Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and the Dean of Sun College from March 2016 to December 2018. Now she is Vice President of the Company and General Manager of Human Resources and Comprehensive Management Center.

Mr. He Beiping (born in 1963, Doctorate in Environmental Engineering of Tsinghua University, Professor-level Senior Engineer, Registered Environmental Protection Engineer, Registered Public Equipment Engineer) successively served as the Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Beijing Contemporary Tsinghua Unisplendour Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. from 1997 to 2000; the Deputy General Manager of the Environmental Engineering Center of Tsinghua Unisplendour Corporation Limited from 2000 to 2002, the Vice President of Thunip Environmental Protection Co. Ltd. and General Manager of Water Resources Branch from 2002 to 2019. Now he is the Vice President of the Company and Director of Tus-environment Research Institute.
